Misfit Concepts is a female-owned and operated full-service salon and lash bar in Nolensville, TN. We specialize in cutting, creative color placement, holistic skincare, and lash extensions. We encourage you to collaborate to create a look that suits both your preferences and lifestyle. It’s ok not to know exactly what you want, we can figure it out together! The goal is for you to feel heard and empowered. Amp up your natural good looks with something subtle, or spice things up with a look that’s bold. Services and retail hair/skin care are available, the good vibes are guaranteed.

FAQs

  • Misfit Concepts is a private salon suite located at 7180 Nolensville Rd 2A Suite 228, Nolensville, TN 37135. This is within Lux Salon Suites. Parking in front or the rear. There are stairs on the left side of the building for front entry on the second floor. There is ground level entry in the back of the building. Entry doors are labeled "Lux". If you are early, there is a waiting area outside the door to the studio, but you are free to wait in your car until your reservation time.

  • Online booking is available through the booking link on this website, hosted by Vagaro. There you will be able to see full describtions of services, their prices, and available add ons. If you need further guidence on which service to choose, you are encouraged to send us an email or book a complementary consultation.

    Consultations are requested for all color corrections, vivid color, perms, and extension services as these services require more information and attention to detail.

  • We provide waters, sparkling water, coffee, and Nolensville local Mill Creek Brewing beers to keep you comfortable during your service time. You are welcome to bring any food or drink that you may want during your appointment. During a long sit, we all want a little snack :)

  • Lux Salons provides wifi which is available to all our guests! You are completely free to work during your service. We aslo provide a desk that is fit for the salon chair to make using computers or writing more comfortable.

    As for a silent appointment, we all need some quiet sometimes! Tell you stylist either through a message prior or at the beginning of your service. Past the consultation, chatter will be at a minimum and you can enjoy your peace :)

  • Ah, truly this is the most frequently asked question. It is! You will never run out of poke balls or revives while getting your hair done if I can help it. Put a lure on my stop, kick back, and catch em all I say!

  • Misfit Concepts is mask optional. We have disposible masks available always and your stylist will wear one upon request.

  • Cancellations 24 hours or less from your appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of your service costs. If you are running late please notify us ASAP so we can make arrangements. Guests more than 15 minutes late without notifying the salon will be subject to a 50% charge for the cost of the service booked and will need to reschedule.

    In the event of a no call no show, the guest will be charged 100% of the service cost and may not be invited to rebook. Please be kind and communicate if you need to reschedule or are running late.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your service please contact your stylist or the salon within a week and we will accommodate necessary refinements. Refinements can only be booked Monday to Friday. All service corrections are at the stylists descretion.

    We are here to please, but there is a strict no refund policy.

  • Misfit Concepts places high importance on the safety of it’s guests and employees. The salon will close its doors in accordance to the Williamson county schools in most cases. However, your stylist will be in touch with you the day of your service, and both you and they have the choice to cancel or reschedule with no penalty/fees in the case of dangerous weather conditions.

  • Misfit Concepts does not have a phone number or a receptionist! We encourage our guests to contact us via email, social media or or website which we check frequently. You may also text your service provider if you have their number already. Any of these methods are fine if you have questions or are complying with our cancellation policy!
